First, congrats to Joy Knight, the winner of the ODM Photography Giveaway!! The winner of the JumpStart giveaway is #6 Sarita. Congrats ladies!
I am excited to introduce you to a new Mom-prenuer today! Kind of a funny story how I found her. We went to high school together, haven't seen each other in years, re-connected on Facebook, and now she is offering my lucky Gift Closet readers a giveaway!
Jennifer Stagemeyer is the Mom-prenuer behind Stag Designs. She makes these unique aprons and baby clothes blankets. And today she is giving away one of her aprons with removable dish cloth! The apron is red and green, on a neutral background.
I love how practical this apron is! The removable dishcloth at the bottom allows you to wipe your hands, clean up spills, etc. At the end of the day, just pull it off the velcro and throw it in the wash! Jennifer's inspiration:
"I've been sewing for myself and others for over 10 years. I love creating things, but never felt like I had an original idea that I could call my own. As a high school nutrition teacher, I'm constantly helping 25-30 students in 5 different kitchens at one time. I would throw a towel over my shoulder to have it nearby, but would constantly forget about the towel and wipe my hands on the bottom of my apron. And an idea was born! I made the first one during my lunch break and got a ton of positive feedback from family and friends. Since my students call me "Mrs. Stag," Stag Designs was born. Right now I'm focusing on aprons: full aprons with removable dishtowels, half aprons made from dishtowels and kid's aprons, also made with dishtowels. In addition to my dishcloth obsession, I've been making "Baby Clothes Blankets" out of your favorite outgrown baby clothes.
I've been making t-shirt blankets for years, but as I sorted through all the clothes my two young sons had outgrown, I realized they held so many memories. So out came the scissors and a blanket made from 90 of my favorite onesies, pajamas, burp cloths and receiving blankets was made! Please check out my blog for more information about aprons, blankets and more!"
